What time will my order arrive?

Flowers are delivered between 9am and 5pm to business addresses and between 9am and 6pm to residential addresses. Couriers pick up at 11am and 2pm, so the sooner you have your order in, the sooner it is likely to reach its destination! We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

We are delivering Monday right through to Saturday.

What happens if the recipient isn’t there when you deliver?

If there is a safe place to leave the delivery the courier will do so. If there is no safe place or if there is a security gate, we will attempt to contact recipient or Sender to receive further instructions. Should a re-delivery or re-direction be necessary we will need to charge a re-delivery fee equal to the standard delivery charge for the suburb of re-delivery.

My delivery suburb isn’t listed, what can i do?

If your suburb is not listed we may still offer delivery to that area, please contact us for further information.

    Purchased a bunch of 20 long stem roses for valentine's day. Early (lucky I did because they sold out). And I can understand why, the flowers are very fresh, and my wife was impressed, and loved them very much.

    Just remember that they are delivered between 1pm-5pm, not earlier. This should help you plan your day in case you have things to do outside of home.

    While it didn't occur to me to take a picture before I out them into a vase, the flowers were wrapped and presented very neatly and well.

    Very happy with my experience. I ordered flowers for a birthday and they were nicely put together. I ordered the 'Little Zesty' bouquet in a standard size, and it was a decent amount of flowers. Nicely arranged and fresh, almost a week and a half later and the flowers are still looking good, even the roses (the photo is from the time of writing this review). I like that the website tells you on most listings what flowers are included, and how many stems/pieces you'll be getting as part of the bouquet. Also good is the fact that I received an email letting me know that my flowers were on board for delivery, a nice update to receive.

    Absolutely beautiful flower arrangement! The colours and size of the Wild & Free boxed flowers was definitely worth every cent and blew my best friend away for her Engagement celebrations! Thankyou for the same day quick service, will definitely order your quality flowers again!
